There isn’t a person in the world that can resist a good mini sausage. The mainstay of party nibbles, my Asian Mini Sausages are the bees knees!
I have been enjoying a sneaky mini sausage for years, and they are always the first to go at any party.
These ones balanced sweet, savoury and tangy all into one bite, and my Asian Mini Sausages are a wonderful bite indeed.
2tbsp Soy Sauce
2tbsp Sesame Oil
1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1tsp Dijon Mustard
50 Cocktail Sausages
1 serving (makes four servings)
1. Add all of the sauce ingredients into a bowl, and combine thoroughly.
2. Place the sausages into another bowl, and cover with the sauce. Combine well.
Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
In the mean time, pre-heat your oven to 180C/350F.
3. Place the sausages and marinade onto a baking tray, and cook for 45mins.
4. When cooked, sprinkle over some sesame seeds and serve right away.
