I will never forget the day I first had it.
It was my 40th birthday, and it was in a small cafe in the New York, New York hotel in Las Vegas.
Melting cheese with salty bacon, and a buttery and very short croissant.
6 Rashers of Bacon
12 Slices of Cheese
1 Serving (out of 3)
Pre-heat your oven to 200C/400F.
1. Cook the bacon to your liking, I usually do it in the oven, but fried or grilled is fine.
2. Cut the croissants in half, and add the bacon and cheese, before closing over.
3. Bake in the oven for 10mins, or until the cheese melts.
