The world is all over the Fakeaway at the minute. Must be January.
It is brilliant, I mean it costs half the price and can be made in the slow cooker most of the time.
I love making curries in the slow cooker now, and here is my favourite veg curry.
1 Pak Choi
3 Broccoli Stems
3 Spring Onions
Handful of Mange Tout
3 Sweetcorn Spears
1tbsp Medium Curry Powder
1 tin of Coconut Milk
1 tin of Chickpeas
1. Chop up all of the vegetables and put them into the slow cooker.
2. Add the curry powder, coconut milk and chickpeas.
Give it a good mix.
3. Put the slow cooker on for 4 hours on high.
Serve with rice.
